ABOUT CALVARY REFUGE CENTER
We provide a safe, faith-based environment for individuals and families while providing the tools to transition from homelessness to self sufficiency with dignity and pride.
Calvary Refuge, Inc. is a faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to being the hands and feet of Christ to those experiencing homelessness. Our mission is rooted in the belief that every person is created in God’s image, worthy of dignity, compassion, and hope. We strive to provide a safe place of refuge where individuals and families can experience God’s love in both word and action.
Clients are provided with 21 day housing, case management, hygiene kits, Marta passes, clothing, over the counter medication, three meals per-day, employment and housing resources. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided by local churches and other organizations.

Calvary Refuge Center is the only homeless shelter located in Clayton County, yet we serve individuals and families from across the Metro Atlanta area, including Fulton, DeKalb, Henry, Fayette, Spalding, and Coweta counties. Our mission is to faithfully serve all those God sends to us with compassion, dignity, and care.

Potential residents need to CALL us Monday - Friday from 9am -1pm to pass a phone screening and be placed on our list for intake.

My babies and I went there and was treated like family the people that work there were very kind and nice helped with wat ever I needed fed us every day hot meals I can honestly say I gained a second family and would recommend anyone to go there if you’re in need of a warm place to sleep 🥰🫶🏽
